WHAT WE TREAT
-

PRENATAL AND POSTPARTUM CARE
We help women navigate pregnancy comfortably and confidently. Whether you're experiencing pubic symphysis pain ("lightning crotch"), sacroiliac joint pain, back or hip pain, sciatica, urinary leakage, constipation, or want to prepare for labor and birth, we're here to support you through your pregnancy journey.
After birth, we'll guide your recovery so you can safely return to exercise, running, lifting, and activities you love. We treat common postpartum concerns including diastasis recti (abdominal separation), painful intercourse, tailbone pain, cesarean and perineal scar pain, urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor symptoms.
-

PELVIC PAIN
We help women uncover the root cause of their pain and provide personalized, one-on-one treatment. We treat conditions including overactive pelvic floor muscles, endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, painful menstruation, and pudendal neuralgia. Our mission is to help you find symptom relief and feel resilient in your body.
-

BOWEL & BLADDER ISSUES
If you're dealing with urinary leakage, frequent urination, urinary urgency, difficulty emptying your bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, constipation, or fecal incontinence, we'll identify the underlying cause and create a personalized treatment plan to help you regain control and confidence.
-

MENOPAUSE SYMPTOMS
We help women manage symptoms related to pelvic floor muscle weakness, painful intercourse, urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and recurrent urinary tract infections. We incorporate full-body strength training to help you build resilience, maintain bone and muscle health, and continue moving with confidence.
-

MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN
Our approach is different because we don't look at the pelvic floor or your symptoms in isolation. Whether you're experiencing TMJ dysfunction, neck pain, tension headaches, back pain, or upper and lower body pain or injuries, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to restore movement and reduce pain. Our whole-body approach combines hands-on treatment, corrective exercise, and movement education to create lasting results.
pregnancy program
Pregnancy is a transformative time, but often comes with uncertainty, discomfort, and an overwhelm of conflicting advice. Women struggle with pain, avoid exercise because they’re unsure of what’s safe, and feel uneducated about labor and birth.
Our comprehensive Pregnancy Program offers specialized care to guide and support you from as early as your first trimester to birth. It is built on three key pillars: strength and mobility, therapeutic bodywork, and labor and birth prep.
Whether you’re experiencing pain or seeking support for preventative care, you deserve to feel comfortable, strong, and resilient in your pregnancy.
“I began seeing her in my second trimester of pregnancy… with the intention to address some physical pain and tightness I was experiencing, labor prep and to minimize potential postpartum discomfort… Her support, knowledge, warmth and expertise have been invaluable. I feel so much more prepared as a first time mom and ahead of the game thanks to her services. Every woman deserves to experience this level of care.”

OUR APPROACH
We believe in a holistic, whole-body approach to pelvic floor therapy, including bodywork, exercise, and education, to help you achieve lasting relief from your symptoms of pain, leaking, or other pelvic health concerns. We prioritize one-on-one sessions with a pelvic health expert in an environment that is fun and relaxing, ensuring you feel cared for and informed throughout your treatment. Pelvic floor dysfunction is often normalized due to a lack of education on the distinction between what is common and what is normal. Women are suffering in silence with symptoms of pelvic pain and incontinence. By having taboo conversations and prioritizing your well-being in your care, we create a space for you to feel supported, validated, and heard.
Reform Physical Therapy is rooted in our strides to transform traditional physical therapy and provide specialized, meaningful care while guiding women to symptom relief and a better, stronger version of themselves.
